Last November I entered a team to take part in this May’s Tough Mudder. It was a fantastic day, to say some of the team were a little nervous would be an understatement but by working as a team, a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a good sense of humour got us through. It really is an achievable challenge and I thoroughly recommend you do one. After all its only a bit of mud!
