This is a Circuit-based High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) Class. We use a whole range of equipment including Boxmasters, HiiT Mills, Arm Bike, Assault Bike and Bodyweight exercises to get the heart pumping. HiiT is a great time efficient way of conditioning the whole body, boosting fitness, improving strength, stamina and overall physical functionality.
