I offer a range of different services to suit my clients. Initially I offer a FREE consultation where you complete a Health Questionnaire and Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, a range of assessments including Blood Pressure, Body Composition (Body Fat), Posture and Range of Movement tests.
I will also carry out a Dietary Analysis usually after asking you to complete a Food and Mood Diary for a short length of time. I will analyse all the data and construct a report to further your knowledge of what and when to eat. I will look at your Macronutrient and Micronutrient intake to see where you can improve to get you to where you want to be, then I am able to construct a progressive programme specifically for you. Along with your hard work I will be keeping you motivated and challenged throughout in order for you to achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals.
