High Intensity – Full Body Workout – Interval Training – Aerobic Work – Great Fat Burner
This is a Circuit-based High Intensity Interval Training (HiiT) Class. We use a whole range of equipment including Boxing, TRX, Bulgarian Bags, ViPR’s, Kettlebells and Bodyweight to get the heart pumping. HiiT is a great time efficient way of conditioning the whole body, boosting fitness, improving strength, stamina and overall physical functionality.
